In observance of the day, the ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓÆµ is encouraging students, alumni, faculty, staff and members of the Livingston community to wear red and white and show their ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓÆµ pride. ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓÆµ will host a College Colors Day photo set in front of the Young Hall Cafeteria from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sept. 4. Everyone wearing ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓÆµ red and white is invited to participate.

The ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓÆµâ€™s Center for Conservation and Agriculture will host an Agriculture and Conservation Celebration on Earth Day, April 22, at ALFA Environmental Hall from 1–5:30 p.m.
The ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓÆµ is working to move paraprofessionals into certified teaching roles more quickly to help address teacher shortages across the state through its competency-based education program.

The ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓÆµ and the Alumni Association recognized the accomplishments of 12 outstanding alumni at its annual awards ceremony, held Feb. 26 in the Bell Conference Center on ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓÆµâ€™s campus, in conjunction with the Society of the Golden Key Induction Ceremony.
Two distinguished individuals, E. Lyle Cain, Jr., MD, a resident of Birmingham, Alabama, and Candice Davis, DPT, PT of Meridian, Mississippi, were inducted into the ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓÆµâ€™s Society of the Golden Key during a ceremony at the Bell Conference Center, Thursday, Feb. 26.
