Students receiving financial aid are responsible for:

• Understanding how changes in enrollment may affect financial aid eligibility and notifying the Financial Aid Office when required.
• Maintaining Satisfactory Academic Progress in accordance with ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓƵ policy.
• Completing the financial aid application process each academic year for which financial aid is requested.

Financial aid is applied to eligible students’ accounts according to ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓƵ’s financial aid disbursement schedule. Initial refund disbursements are generally issued on the Wednesday following the free drop/add week each semester. Additional disbursements may occur throughout the semester as students complete financial aid requirements and become eligible for funds.

If financial aid exceeds a student’s University charges, the remaining funds are issued to the student as a refund. Refund timing may vary based on financial aid eligibility, enrollment, completion of required documentation, and the start dates of enrolled courses.
