The ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓÆµ will commemorate the inauguration of President Todd G. Fritch with an investiture ceremony on Friday, Sept. 12 at 10 a.m. in ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓÆµ Auditorium. The ceremony will be followed by a reception in the courtyard of Bell Conference Center.

The ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓÆµ (ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓÆµ) Board of Trustees has selected Dr. Todd G. Fritch as the next president of the institution.
The ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓÆµ was recently honored with the 2024 Achievement Award for Internal Information/Educational Programs from the Alabama Association of Colleges and Employers (AACE).
A new scholarship endowment will honor a family legacy at the ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓÆµ, its namesake the parents of ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓÆµ President Ken Tucker. The Dr. Betty Jean and Howard Tucker Endowed Scholarship, endowed at $150,000, is a transformative gift that will provide perpetual support for students for many years to come.

The ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓÆµâ€™s proposal to freeze tuition for the seventh consecutive year has been approved by its board of trustees at their June quarterly meeting. The decision comes as part of the board’s approval of the school’s operating budget for the upcoming fiscal year, and this reaffirms ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓÆµâ€™s various rankings as one of the best values of any university in the state.

ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓÆµ is opening its doors to Birmingham-Southern College students by offering transfer assistance through academic and housing scholarships.
To encourage safety on the road before the ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓÆµâ€™s spring break, March 25 through 29, the University Police Department is offering two events: a tire change instructional clinic Wednesday, March 20, from 1-3 p.m. and an impaired driving and Fatal Vision® presentation Thursday, March 21 beginning at 6 p.m. that lasts approximately 60 to 90 minutes.
