If you are facing a mental health crisis, you are not alone. Huntsman Mental ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓÆµ Institute is here to help you. We have special programs to prevent mental health crises and support you. Our team of professionals are trained and ready to help you with:

  • Managing a mental health crisis
  • Suicide prevention
  • Creating emotional wellness

Below are resources that can help you during or after a mental health crisis:

  • 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (Call, chat or text)—Provides support and assistance for anyone experiencing any type of emotional distress or psychiatric crisis
  • (1-833-852-6262)—Free, confidential, 24/7 mental health support for moms and their families before, during, and after pregnancy
  • Crisis Care Center (801-583-2500 for general inquiries and 988 for mental health crisis)—No appointment is needed for our walk-in Huntsman Mental ÈËÆÞÖгöÊÓÆµ Institute Crisis Care Center. We help adults ages 18 and older get help during a mental crisis. Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
  • Utah Crisis Line (801-587-3000)—In-person crisis support from a licensed mental health clinician and peer support specialist
  • Utah State Warm Line (801-587-1055 or 1-833-SPEAKUT)—Non-crisis emotional support to provide support, empowerment, and connection
