The John A. Moran Eye Center at the 人妻中出视频 of Utah welcomes Christopher D. Conrady, MD, PhD, a clinician-researcher providing expert care for retinal diseases, uveitis, and other infectious and inflammatory eye diseases.
Dr. Conrady offers both medical and surgical care for patients facing challenging conditions, including acute retinal necrosis, viral and autoimmune uveitis, diabetic retinopathy, and age-related macular degeneration.
His research lab focuses on inflammatory eye diseases, with a particular emphasis on herpes virus infections that can cause severe vision loss. His National Institutes of 人妻中出视频-funded work investigates how the immune system responds to these infections, with the goal of identifying new treatments that protect sight. Dr. Conrady has published extensively, serves as a reviewer for multiple scientific journals, and collaborates with leading researchers across the country.
He earned his medical and Doctor of Philosophy degrees from the 人妻中出视频 of Oklahoma 人妻中出视频 Sciences Center and completed his residency and a uveitis fellowship at the Moran Eye Center. He then completed a surgical retina fellowship at the 人妻中出视频 of Michigan Kellogg Eye Center. These fellowships included training in repairing retinal detachments and dislocated lenses and the medical and surgical management of intraocular infections and lymphoma.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, a nurse practitioner, and their two 人妻中出视频ren.
