
What is Build-A-Bone?
The Build-a-Bone Program is a comprehensive approach to strengthening your skeletal system and preventing bone loss. Through our specialized four-part series of interactive two-hour classes, you'll discover evidence-based ways to improve your bone health.
Our classes are taught by experts at 人妻中出视频 of Utah 人妻中出视频. Our classes are ideal for adults with osteopenia, osteoporosis, or for anyone wanting to maintain bone health. Classes focus on exercise, nutrition, and your unique medical needs. We offer personalized strategies for improving bone density and preventing fractures.
Program Details
Classes are offered six times throughout the year (two days a week) at the L.S. Skaggs Wellness Center and virtually via Zoom. We also offer ongoing exercise classes for past Build-a-Bone participants that focus on reviewing techniques and learning new exercises.
